You will not get actual tickets to print this year.

The receipt is in your confirmation from Zeffy. If you need more assistance please contact boxoffice@childrensfestsk.ca. Your invoice will show the tax breakdown.

You will be registered for whatever day you select upon registration. You can see your selection in the copy of your responses that you will receive by email, and in your confirmation email.

After you register your class we will send you an email with an invoice and a payment information. We accept credit card (via Zeffy), cheque or etransfer.

You will receive your full day schedule, called your Teacher Pack, closer to the end of May. Look out for that email as it will include the times of your shows, your activities, and your bus schedule. We recommend you print it out and bring it with you to the festival!

To register for the School Outreach Program you can indicate this, on the Classroom Registration Form.

Teachers are in charge of booking the bus for their classes.

If you have received School Outreach Program funding for your bus you must book your bus with First Student.

We will give you an arrival and departure time that you will need to communicate when booking your bus. This ensures buses run as smoothly as possible.

Yes! Anyone that was not included in your original ticket amount can purchase at the gate.

Yes, everyone including students, parents, helpers and teachers should be included in your total tickets amount.

We do offer complimentary tickets to help subsidize the costs of bringing additional chaperones for your class and we will inform you on your invoice how many complimentary tickets your group qualifies for.

$10/each (taxes included)

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. You can donate your tickets to another classroom if you would like. 

Regardless of your mode of transportation you need to check in with us before you enter the gates. Meet us on the grass just north of Nutrien Playland, right near the Ferris Wheel! We will take your tickets from there and then direct you to the school gate.

Kids need to bring lunches, we do have a few food vendors that you are welcomed to purchase from. We have a picnic area you can eat with your class or feel free to find an open area and have a seat on the grass.

Yes! There are tons of other tents and things to explore that don’t require pre-booking. Enjoy the roaming rovers, hands-on activities, and much more.

Past the registration date we will be unable to register you for any activities or shows.

The main issue with late registration is our bus schedules. To make sure bus arrivals and departures run smoothly we schedule them in a very specific way.
